You will develop the leading-edge multi-media reporting skills — and the foundational journalistic values and ethical standards — that will prepare you to tell stories with impact.

Guided by our expert faculty, you will learn to embrace technology, assess it critically and use it in the service of powerful and effective journalism as you report, write and produce news stories across platforms. Annenberg Media is a student-run news organization focused on producing innovators and leaders in journalism. Contributing to Annenberg Media allows you to gain hands-on experience in all fields of the news media and to build the multimedia skills necessary to tell stories on every platform. Annenberg Media’s presence in USC Annenberg’s Media Center also offers a state-of-the-art facility with an array of experiential learning opportunities for you to cover breaking news on the web and on the air, create high-impact journalism, and produce podcasts. USC Annenberg faculty members who have spent years as award-winning journalists will guide you as you tackle the day’s news and go deeper into topics that matter to the USC community and beyond.
