Alice Perlowski (M.A. Specialized Journalism '17) discusses the rigors of going to school and holding down her day job of being a vascular surgeon in the lastest installment of "Journalism Master Class."
"I've been a doctor for about 13 years, and a cardiologist for about five," Perlowski said. "I really wanted to do journalism to be able to capitalize on a talent that I have for putting medical terms and medical explanations into layman's press."
This video is a continuation of a documentary series about journalism graduate students. Watch the other installments here.
