USC Arts Journalism Impact
USC Arts Journalism Program
The M.A. in Specialized Journalism (the Arts) program brings together journalists and professionals from the world of arts and culture who want to develop and refine their communication skills. As a student, you have your pick of many extraordinary elective courses from the university’s arts schools. You study with Pulitzer Prize winners, MacArthur Fellows and notable artists and authors from diverse disciplines. This program emphasizes multimedia and digital storytelling to ensure that students graduate with a breadth of hands-on experience and with strengthened writing skills. We are arts agnostic. Anyone interested in music, visual art, architecture, dance, theater and just about any form that human beings make, be it fashion or food, is welcome here. Sasha Anawalt is the founder and director of the Arts Journalism Masters Program. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Application deadline: January 31, 2019.
