Journalism professor Richard Reeves published an Oct. 27 truthdig article titled “The Worst Generation” about how his generation’s loyalty to party instead of country has led to many of the major problems the country is facing today. Reeves talked about how the new way of Congress is rule or ruin. “History will judge the Republican Party, with all its diverse elements, for declaring from day one that its primary goal was to do anything to deny a Democratic president a second term.
