Nisha Morris is a nationally recognized marketing and communications executive whose career spans health care, technology and national security. Known for building high-performing teams and shaping consequential narratives, she has led reputation, brand and growth strategies that influence public opinion, strengthen trust and drive measurable organizational impact. 

Morris serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at City of Hope, one of the nation’s largest and most advanced cancer research and treatment organizations. She leads the institution’s enterprise marketing and communications strategy, helping modernize the brand of a renowned organization with more than a century of history. She also advises the CEO and executive leadership team on reputation, positioning and the articulation of City of Hope’s vision for the future of cancer care.

Previously, Morris served as Chief Strategic Communications Officer and Senior Executive Advisor to the Director and Board of the U.S. National Security Agency. In that role, she led a 300-person organization and developed a new communications strategy centered on differentiated messaging, thought leadership, transparency and brand transformation to strengthen public understanding and trust.

Earlier, as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for City of Hope Orange County, she led the market’s brand launch and growth strategy, significantly increasing awareness and consumer preference in one of the nation’s most competitive health care markets. Her career also includes senior communications roles with Providence St. Joseph Health, where she managed complex stakeholder communications for a multistate merger, and Dell Technologies.
