Joel Anderson, is an award-winning journalist for Slate. Anderson works at the intersection of sports, race, and social justice. He recently reported and hosted Slate’s Slow Burn Season 6 on the LA Riots. He has covered Ferguson, the Freddy Gray story, the NFL, and college football, among many other issues.

Anderson will be in conversation with professor Ben Carrington.
