In his career, Boras has negotiated a record $10.5 billion in player contracts. Coming out of a pandemic-interrupted season, and with the current collective bargaining agreement expiring after this season, major league baseball is at a critical crossroads, with many important issues to resolve between players and owners affecting the overall health of the sport.
