USC AI Trust Hub

The USC AI Trust Hub, founded by Professor Shub Agarwal, focuses on building measurable trust in how AI products are created, evaluated and scaled across industries. The initiative brings together students, researchers and industry partners to explore the intersection of technology, communication and product integrity.

Through collaborative research, applied studies and frameworks such as the AI Product Maturity Score™, the Hub provides practical methods for assessing AI readiness, trust evaluations and improving product outcomes.

Workstreams include co-developing standards, publishing research and hosting dialogues that bridge academia and industry around the science of AI product trust and maturity.
