Should professional and amateur athletes be allowed to use performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs)? Should PEDs be a part of the regular regimen for all athletes?

As part of our ongoing Dialogues Project, two of the world’s top scholars in sports ethics and philosophy will discuss this issue from differing perspectives, offering reasons why we should and should not allow performance-enhancing drug use among athletes.

Sigmund Loland, professor of sport philosophy and ethics at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, and William Morgan, professor emeritus of sport philosophy and ethics, will be offering contrasting perspectives on this important sports issue.

The discussion will be moderated by Daniel Durbin.
