Join the USC Annenberg Career Development office and learn more about technical writing and content design internships at Salesforce. USC alum Susan Rimerman will share her journey to Salesforce and Content Experience. USC student, Jade Franson, who completed her internship in August, will also participate in the session.

At Salesforce, Susan manages an awesome group of 8 writers and content designers for Sales Cloud. Before joining Salesforce, she led a global content team for an international reading nonprofit. Susan also acquired and edited bestselling technical books and was an art director, publishing manager, and writer for Lonely Planet. A proud USC graduate, she has a dual degree in journalism and international relations.

Jade Franson studies cognitive science and designing digital experiences at USC. She was the first content design intern at Salesforce, working on content strategy, user testing and research, competitive analysis, and internal organization for Salesforce Starter, a product for small businesses. Outside of Salesforce, Jade currently leads design for Spark SC, mentors younger students, built products in Lavalab, and led web design for Innovative Design.
