Far from just info or entertainment, research shows that dehumanizing portrayals of Black people in media lead to real-world consequences. This expert panel of journalists, organizers, critics and policy analysts will address the fraught cultural landscape targeting Black women and girls, the societal impacts and the need for a culture strategy intervention by and for Black women.
