Grounding ourselves from tech: How to reclaim pleasure in a pandemonium

The relationship between our bodies and modern technology is complicated. We have entirely new ways of loving, connecting, new modes of work, and play — but we also received increasing anxiety, health issues, and potentially the collapse of democracy. How do we make sense of the impacts of technology and change a manipulative paradigm to one of greater healing?

This workshop, grounded in the work of Black feminist writer Audre Lorde, will explore erotic resistance to the demands of technology in the pandemic and allow participants to reset their relationship with outside influences.

This session will close with a facilitated sound bath. Participants will need a pen, a journal, and a yoga mat (or other comfortable space). Candles are not required but will enhance the experience.
