North on Facebook's latest changes

Adjunct professor Karen North was quoted in the Desert Sun article titled "Many don't 'like' new Facebook."

"Whether the site makes additional tweaks or users get used to the new feature, Facebook generally finds some forgiveness when it makes mistakes or handles a change awkwardly," North said.
