USC Annenberg is collaborating with ElevatePro to host Chinese youth on campus for a program in social entrepreneurship. Over two weeks, students engage in lessons and projects focusing on cutting-edge entrepreneurial marketing, developing new businesses based on social entrepreneurship principles with comprehensive marketing plans. The program helps students develop skills in situational analysis, consumer research; brand positioning; campaign launch, management, and evaluation; and strategic creative and media strategies. The course culminates in students presenting their work, showcasing their extensive efforts, and improving their public speaking skills. Students improve their critical thinking, analytical abilities, as well as business strategy and communication skills, allowing them to be future leaders in business communication and social entrepreneurship. Beyond intensive work in class, students will interact with local youths, immerse themselves in a vibrant college environment, and explore significant educational, cultural, and historical sites in Los Angeles.
ElevatePro, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Los Angeles, provides international students with world-class academic experiences, equipping them with skills and knowledge to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world. This visit is part of ElevatePro's Global Study Tour program, a flagship offering, bringing students to leading U.S. universities.
