The USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership will host an Africa-U.S. Forum on Africa and freedom of expression. The event will start at 9 a.m. ET at the USC Capital Campus in Washington, D.C. It will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation, and is co-sponsored by George Washington University, Howard University, and the University of the Witwatersrand (in Johannesburg) and the Public Diplomacy Council of America.
