The 2020 election is unlike any we have ever seen, with a wide range of issues serving as a backdrop—a global pandemic, economic recession, Black Lives Matter movement, election interference, and an evolving perception of the media, to name a few. Our Annenberg alumni are on the front lines, working hard to bring important stories to the public while overcoming these unprecedented challenges. Journalism Professor and Annenberg Media Center Director, Christina Bellantoni, whose career includes more than 12 years as a journalist covering politics in D.C., will explore these issues and more in an interactive conversation with these dynamic Annenberg alumni:

  • Monica Alba, Political Reporter, NBC News
  • Amanda Becker, Washington Correspondent, The 19th* News
  • Jason Donner, Capitol Hill Producer, Fox News & Chairman, Radio and Television Correspondents’ Association
  • Anne Hsu, Senior Producer, Face The Nation at CBS News
  • Rachel Scott, Multi-Platform Reporter for ABC News
