Julianna Birlin is a senior double-majoring in journalism and economics. She is the incoming VP of social impact for WLS. Outside of WLS, Birlin is a member of Pi Beta Phi and she volunteers with Teach for America. This year she will be participating as a member of the JusticeCorps program, where she will serve in Los Angeles' court-based self-help centers. Birlin is passionate about creating social and economic change through writing and advocacy efforts. She aspires to attend law school and combine her passions for storytelling and social justice.
