
Kamyar Naficy
Kamyar Naficy is managing director of Alberin, a global strategic communications firm based in Los Angeles, New York, and London.
Alberin works with companies, executives, entrepreneurs and investors to raise their profile, enhance their reputation, and influence their stakeholders in complex, competitive B2B markets. The firm specializes in the finance, technology and professional services sectors and delivers dedicated, senior counsel, deep domain knowledge, and integrated strategies across PR and media relations, social media, conferences and events, sponsorships and partnerships, personal branding, and internal communications.
With over 20 years’ experience in the communications profession, Naficy is also a board member and former chair of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and co-lead of the Marketing and Communications Special Interest Group at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.
Earlier in his career, Naficy worked in communications roles at BP, JP Morgan, the London Stock Exchange Group, and UniCredit. He started his career as a financial analyst in investment banking and a business analyst in management consulting.
Having lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, and Dubai, Naficy has a global perspective and a broad international network in business and media.
Naficy holds a BA from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.
