Sandhya Kambhampati is an adjunct at the Annenberg School and a data and graphics reporter at the Los Angeles Times. She specializes in demographic and statistical analyses. She previously worked at the Chronicle of Higher Education, Correctiv, and ProPublica Illinois. Her co-reported work on the widespread inaccuracies in Cook County’s property tax assessment system was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for local reporting in 2018.
