Gary Tyler was convicted at age 16 for a murder he did not commit and received the death penalty. He was released in April 2016 after spending 41 years in prison.
Mike Farrell is the president of Death Penalty Focus, former co-chair of the CA Committee of Human Rights Watch and star of the TV series M.A.S.H.
