Why did you choose to attend Annenberg?
I chose to choose Annenberg due to the applicable on-the-job experience I knew courses here would offer. I also loved that Annenberg has so many entertainment-related courses to offer within the Communication major.

Tell us about a great experience or opportunity you've had here at Annenberg?
Last spring, I found an ad for an editorial internship at Yahoo! via Annenberg Jobs & Internships of the Day and immediately applied. I’ve had an exciting experience writing and creating social media content for their Entertainment sections throughout the summer and Fall 2013 semester so far.

What makes Annenberg special?
Annenberg is special due to the school’s genuine interest in opening doors for students in virtually any media field they can imagine.

What's one thing at USC that no student should miss?
Getting involved in an organization whether service or social that will introduce you to fellow students of varying majors.

Tell us about an experience you've had outside of class (an internship, research project, publication, start-up, etc).

What's your favorite spot on campus and why?
It’s hard to say because I’ve always been in love with our entire campus, but there’s something about the Annenberg lobby that will always be magical – especially on a busy morning. Something about all the televisions on the wall and the bustling energy of students mingling before class will always be an awesome feeling. It’s hard not to feel like you’re in a place where greatness is brewing.

What advice do you have for incoming students?
I’ve learned throughout college that as an Annenberg student and most importantly, a Trojan, literally anything is possible if you’re willing to devote your time to it. Most importantly - devote all that you are to the interests you’re truly passionate about and things will fall into place.
