The Wall Street Journal quoted Philip Seib, USC Annenberg professor and director of the Center on Public Diplomacy, in an article about social media's delicate role in public diplomacy.
“How do you govern in an era when Twitter is faster than the CIA?” Seib said. “If you try to impost a bureaucratic clearance structure for breaking events, then it all becomes pointless.”
