Suzy Shuster Eisen is an Emmy Award-winning sportscaster and executive producer with nearly three decades of broadcast experience spanning ABC Sports, TNT, ESPN, Fox Sports, and NBA TV.

In March 2025, Shuster launched WOMEN’S SPORTS NOW, the first show dedicated solely to covering the incredible world of female athletes. The show is now available exclusively on ESPN, where Shuster serves as co-host and executive producer through Rich Eisen Productions.

Shuster is also the official fill-in host of The Rich Eisen Show. In 2003, she joined the ABC Sports College Football team as a sideline reporter, as well as The NBA on TNT for playoff coverage.

In 2000, Shuster was part of the Fox Sports Net launch, serving as a lead reporter and anchor for Fox Sports Net and Fox Sports Net West. She was the day-to-day reporter for the Los Angeles Lakers’ Three-Peat run and the Anaheim Angels’ 2002 World Series championship team. She also covered the Dodgers, Clippers, UCLA, and USC athletics, providing live game broadcasts and hosting in-studio shows. Shuster also served as the West Coast correspondent for NBA TV.

In 2002, Shuster won an Emmy Award for her feature on the impact of the September 11 attacks on the sporting world. In 2006, she became the first woman to host an NCAA College Football pre-game show on radio, hosting the NCAA Football National Champion USC Trojans pre-game show.

Most recently, Shuster served as the inaugural host of The Official Lakers Podcast.
