Currently a strategic communications consultant, Frager has held leadership positions and worked across the Fortune 500 – both in-house (Farmers Insurance, Edison International, and Exelon) and on the agency side (Golin and FleishmanHillard), where he led global client relationships and oversaw crisis communications, reputation, brand positioning, B2B, and B2C programs. At USC Annenberg, he draws on real-world experience helping companies and organizations navigate their highest highs and lowest lows – with clear-eyed counsel, values-driven leadership, and a commitment to shaping the next generation of communicators. Frager has delivered award-winning work recognized by PRWeek, SABRE, and Silver Anvil honors, a Clio, and multiple PRSA chapter awards in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Kansas City.
