Iris Lee is part of the technical operations team at Apple News. She is part of Hack for LA, a civic tech organization where she volunteers her time as a full-stack developer. She helps the organization by building tools for local government and communities. Previously she worked as an assistant editor at the Los Angeles Times’ Data and Graphics desk, where she built and managed news applications using government data.
