If you are a journalist, scientist, student, or anyone interested in communicating about climate change, join us via Zoom to learn how the latest research in the field might apply to – and even enhance – your work. Our new program series offers insights for practitioners based on cutting-edge climate communication research, delivered by the faculty who conducted it.

In this session, Gale Sinatra, the USC Rossier School of Education’s Stephen H. Crocker Chair, professor of education and psychology, and associate dean for research, share findings from her soon-to-be-published research, delivering surprising insights on ways climate misinformation is unintentionally reinforced and how to debunk and refute it instead. Sinatra will also share a proven step-by-step process for refuting misinformation in the media and beyond.
