The current pandemic has disrupted our lives in so many ways. USC faculty and staff have spent the last year adjusting to a new norm of working, learning, and living at home. This current health crisis and resulting adverse economic situation has disrupted our daily habits and routines both personally and professionally. This session aims to support the physical and mental health and well-being of our campus community by providing strategies and resources to help you navigate through the pandemic and its aftermath.
