Jon Ward, the senior political correspondent for Yahoo News, will serve as USC Annenberg’s R. Rebecca Donatelli Expert-in-Residence in Political Analysis and Media the week of November 8.

Join USC Annenberg for this special event where Ward will discuss his extensive experience covering national politics and what it’s like being a reporter in Washington.

He is known for covering stories on politics, culture and religion and is host of The Long Game podcast. Ward is the author of Camelot’s End, the 2019 book about the 1980 Kennedy-Carter presidential primary, and he is writing a book on his experience of growing up in an evangelical Christian community.

He has covered politics as a reporter for The Huffington Post, The Daily Caller, The Washington Times, and his work has been featured in The Washington Post, The New Republic, Vanity Fair, and Politico.

Christina Bellantoni, professor of professional practice and director of USC Annenberg’s Media Center, will moderate this conversation.
