The USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership & Policy (CCLP) is hosting “A Celebration of Arts Diplomacy” on October 21, exploring how countries use the arts to build international connections, strengthen cultural understanding, and advance public diplomacy. The program will feature two expert panel discussions from Noon – 3 p.m. (ET) at Lindner Commons, Room 602, Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, 1957 E Street NW, Washington, DC, followed by an evening reception from 5 –7 p.m. (ET) at Howard University’s Center for African Studies, 7th Floor, 1805 7th Street NW, Washington, DC. The event is co-sponsored by the GW Institute for Public Diplomacy and Global Communication (IPDGC), Howard University’s Center for African Studies and Public Diplomacy Council of America.
