Why did you choose to attend Annenberg?
I chose Annenberg because I wanted to continue to pursue my passion for storytelling through video. I dedicated much of my high school days to my broadcast/film class, and I wanted to continue to do that in college .

Tell us about a great experience or opportunity you've had here at Annenberg?
Every day at the Media Center is a great day! I love being so close to all my great friends where we can all collaborate and take part in the passions we love. I love that all of the media outlets are in one place, so that it saves a ton of time and it means I can meet more new people.

What makes Annenberg special?
Annenberg is constantly providing simple and practical ways to further you in your career. They are always bringing in renowned speakers that we can network with. Many of the teachers themselves are working professionals who teach concurrently with their jobs in the field. Annenberg provides all the tools and resources to become the best in all the latest technology. One of the most helpful tools has been having the free Creative Cloud license.

What's one thing at USC that no student should miss?
USC students should always be on the lookout for the many opportunities to join. This is a pretty general statement, so I’ll give one specific example at Annenberg. The Career Center has been a huge help to me! They send out daily emails with listings of many great internship opportunities. They also provide services to revise your résumé and cover letters. After using these resources I was able to get a great internship in the media department at Keck Medicine of USC this summer! This is definitely one thing that no Annenberg student should miss.
