Yvonne Lara is director of marketing at RAVE Restaurant Group, where she leads marketing strategy and operations for Pizza Inn and Pie Five. She oversees integrated campaigns, brand positioning, innovation launches and omnichannel execution designed to drive systemwide growth and elevate brand relevance. With more than 20 years of experience spanning entertainment, nonprofit and national organizations, Lara began her career in sports marketing before spending nearly 12 years at Fox Broadcasting Company, where she helped launch cultural phenomena including American Idol, 24, Glee and So You Think You Can Dance. She later led marketing and communication at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles and served as chief marketing and communication officer for the American Youth Soccer Organization. Since joining RAVE in 2024, Lara has driven high-impact value campaigns, national brand partnerships and innovation rollouts that strengthen guest engagement and franchisee performance.
