Judy Gawlik Brown is a seasoned executive and board director with over 25 years of experience in finance and general management, and more than 15 years in corporate governance. Her leadership spans global roles in consumer healthcare, biotech, and manufacturing across the U.S., Germany, and Italy. Recognized multiple times by Institutional Investor and The Wall Street Journal as a top CFO, Brown has a proven track record in strategy development and value creation.

She served as CFO of Perrigo for 11 years, helping grow the company from under $1B in domestic revenue to over $6B globally, while overseeing major functions such as finance, strategy, M&A, and corporate communications. At Amgen, she held executive roles in finance and corporate affairs, leading global business solutions, tax, treasury, internal audit, and enterprise communications.

Brown is currently an independent director at Belden Inc., where she chairs the Finance Committee and sits on the Audit Committee, and recently joined the board of Agilent Technologies. She is also an advisor to MannaTree Partners and serves on the board of Infinant Health. Her nonprofit work includes board roles at Viewpoint School, USC Annenberg School, and prior service at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Earlier in her career, she held roles in product development, marketing, and finance at Whirlpool and spent eight years at EY in audit and assurance. Brown holds a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a CPA and a member of the AICPA.
