Josh Morton leads strategic communications across North, Central, and South America, building trust and protecting the reputation of one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies. He oversees corporate messaging, media relations, crisis communications, public affairs, executive positioning, digital storytelling, and internal engagement across diverse markets that account for nearly half of Nestlé’s $100 billion in sales. This also includes communicating Nestlé’s work to tackle global challenges like climate change, nutrition, and sustainability.
In both in-house and agency roles, Morton has worked with some of the world’s most iconic brands to earn trust with stakeholders and build reputations that deliver business growth. Before Nestlé, he was director of corporate communications at the Kellogg Company, where he managed media relations, global issues and crisis communications, supply chain, and labor relations communications. He began his career at the international PR firm Weber Shandwick.
Morton’s leadership has been recognized for building high-performing teams that deliver results. His team won the 2023 PRWeek Award for Outstanding In-House Team. He was named one of PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 and one of PRovoke Media’s Rising Stars.
