Emily Frager is the FleishmanHillard’s chief client officer and ensures the voice of the client and their need for impact and value is the focal point of the agency at every turn. In this role, she leads the FleishmanHillard client experience center of excellence designed to consistently evolve and elevate how we solve client business challenges with integrated strategic communications in the most efficient and effective way possible. She works closely with our client leaders to maintain a pulse on how communications can advantage business and then drives innovation and offerings to deliver.

She brings to the role a cross functional view given her experience includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for a Fortune 500 company and client, as well as playing senior leadership roles across the firm including running offices, global accounts and practices.

A 25-year veteran, Frager loves working with clients and is often called a communications athlete and a go-to consultant during times of transition such as new ownership/management, new business strategy, new marketplace dynamics, new product offering as well as managing through new media. She has been called upon by dozens of brands including Samsung, Amazon, Lowe’s, Lennar, Universal Brands, Target, Walgreens, Macy’s, and Motorola.
