Adrienne Cadena

President, Havas Street; Center for Public Relations Board Member

Shortly after starting at Formula PR in 2005, Adrienne Cadena helped to launch the agency’s brand activation arm, Formula Street. In late 2014, the agency was acquired by Havas, one of the world’s leading global communications groups and the division was renamed Havas Street. While serving as its senior vice president, Cadena played an instrumental role in driving the division’s dramatic growth and raising its profile to become one of the foremost activation agencies in the country. In addition to her knack for business development, Cadena has successfully developed and managed programs for such high-profile consumer and lifestyle clients as Heineken USA, Dunkin’ Donuts, AQUAhydrate, Popcorn Indiana, Kashi, Qualcomm, Behr Paint, popchips and many more.

Overseeing a team of more than 15 full-time employees in the Los Angeles office, Cadena manages everything from concept development, strategy and program planning to execution, data collection and program analysis. Always seeking ways to make Havas Street stand apart from the competition, Cadena has developed customized online reporting systems to track and measure her clients’ programs and she was instrumental in launching Havas Street’s internal recruiting department, which has vetted 20,000 qualified brand ambassadors nationwide for client programs.

A University of Southern California graduate with a master’s degree in communication management and bachelor’s degree in communication, Cadena most recently was named to PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 list in 2015.  In her personal time, Cadena loves to stay active doing Pilates and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband (also a Trojan) and daughter near their home in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
