What impact did your graduate experience have on your professional trajectory?
My graduate experience expanded my understanding of marketing which enabled me to pursue more diverse and challenging opportunities. With this foundation, I had the confidence to start my own consulting business which also opened doors with larger corporate opportunities.
What from your USC Annenberg education best equips you to face the challenges of your field today?
Annenberg honed my research and strategic thinking skills. Those are imperative in my field today as we are constantly trying to solve problems clients face today.
What advice would you give for someone considering graduate studies at USC?
Don’t be afraid of the challenging classes! Stretch yourself, it will be worth it.
What is the one thing that a USC Annenberg student ought to take advantage of while enrolled?
The teachers! They are there to support, guide and challenge you. I am still in regular contact with a few of them and am grateful for their ongoing mentorship.
