Caroline Leach is the founder of The Carrelle Company. It provides digital branding for people to grow their careers and business owners to grow their companies.
It developed from her writing, researching and speaking about how professionals can build their careers through social media, based on a blog she launched on New Year’s Day 2015.
Through August 2018 she was a VP of marketing at AT&T, a $160-billion tech, media and telecom company. To improve how women are portrayed in advertising and media, she implemented a gender equality measure and launched an inclusion playbook for content creators.
She served on an Employee Engagement Advisory Board to build a great place to work. AT&T was on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2017 and 2018.
Before that she was VP of corporate communications at DIRECTV, a digital TV entertainment services provider. She served on the integration planning team for the AT&T acquisition of DIRECTV in 2015.
To change careers, she earned an MA in communications management. This is her second year as co-chair of the Annenberg Alumni Ambassadors. She’s on the Annenberg Alumni Advisory Board and is proud to represent the school on the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors.
