Ashley Sandoval

Ashley Sandoval is an Emmy Award-winning television director and associate director, primarily working for FOX Sports and Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family. Sandoval’s career began as an intern at FOX Sports while attending USC. Over the years, she has worked in various areas of production and post-production at FOX. After joining the Directors Guild of America in 2012, she became a staple of FOX’s master control team, eventually earning responsibility for a number of marquee events. For over five years, Sandoval has been responsible for the commercial inventory for FIFA World Cups, MLB World Series and Super Bowls airing on FOX. Her work has earned her four Emmy Awards.

Sandoval joined Home & Family as an associate director in 2016 and was given the opportunity to direct the show in 2018. She is now in the regular rotation of directors for the Emmy-nominated Hallmark Channel lifestyle series. When not at work, Sandoval loves to travel and entertain. She is excited to join the USC Annenberg Alumni Advisory Board and hopes to inspire more USC students, especially women, to pursue technical career opportunities in the media and entertainment industry.
