Strategic Plan
A message from Dean Ernest J. Wilson III:
Through a process spanning 24 months, the USC Annenberg School has taken a journey together to discuss and decide collectively the future of the school. We talked about our core values and commitments, and we reached agreement on the principles and priorities that should guide what we do at the School in all respects. The outcome is our Strategic Plan.
I am very proud not only of the substance of the plan, but also of the process that led us here. We sought and received input from students, faculty, staff, our Board of Counselors, alumni and other stakeholders. This theme of collective engagement in the life of the school has guided the processes that produced the plan, and I am proud of our shared dedication to transparency, collaboration and inclusiveness.
These principles we decided upon are already guiding the school, and they will serve as a roadmap as we explore our future together.
