Suk Young (Christina) Choi is a doctoral student at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, University of Southern California, and a Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS) fellow.

Her research centers on social psychological dynamics of computer-mediated communication and human-computer interaction, particularly in the context of artificial intelligence, online games, and social media. Her methodological approach is mostly quantitative, with an emphasis on experiments, large-scale surveys, and diary studies.

Prior to joining USC Annenberg, she graduated summa cum laude from Seoul National University, receiving her B.A. and M.A. in Communication. She has lived in four different countries including South Korea, Japan, Canada, and UK, where she spent a year at University of Sussex as an exchange student in 2013-14. She also had the privilege of serving as an official student ambassador for a year at Seoul National University as well as delivering a talk for students at Education Broadcasting System (EBS) and education centers in Korea.
