She conducts network analysis and discourse analysis through interviews and surveys to investigate such dynamics. She received her Master of Public Diplomacy at USC Annenberg and her B.A. in International Relations at Seoul National University in South Korea. Prior to joining the doctoral program, she produced news at the Los Angeles Bureau of SBS, a major Korean broadcaster.
