Jackson De Vight peruses the rhetorical and strategic elements of security studies, international relations, and environmental policy. He focuses his efforts on developing accessible rhetorical criticism and policy perspectives on a variety of issues, and seeking to deconstruct threatening narratives. Jackson's prior professional accomplishments include being the longest standing production lead in his undergraduate institution's honors theatre company, multiple national circuit parliamentary debate successes as a coach at Texas Tech University including the first ever triple first-speaker at national championships, earning a number of awards throughout his undergraduate and graduate programs, and developing a number of faculty research presentation workshops. He holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Biola University, having graduated from their Torrey Honors Institute great books program, and a M.A. in Communication Studies and a Certificate for Center Directors at Institutions of Higher Learning from Texas Tech University.
