Disabled Seating Information
Disabled seating for the Annenberg Communication and Journalism satellite ceremonies is extremely limited and is available for guests in wheelchairs.
Reservations for the disabled section will be taken until May 3, or until the section is full. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each disabled guest will be allowed to sit with one additional person. This limit will be strictly enforced.
All guests with reservations will receive a confirmation e-mail the second week of May. Please note that guests with reservations must be seated by 10:15 a.m. at which time all unoccupied seats must be relinquished.
To make a reservation, please complete and submit your RSVP online with guest names at annenberg.usc.edu/RSVP.
