Main USC Ceremony at Alumni Park 
Students line up: 8 a.m., column B (see map)

Processional: 8:30 a.m.
Ceremony: 9:00 a.m.

Degree candidates line up for the main ceremony at 8:00 a.m. at column B (see map on the USC Commencement Web site). The processional will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the ceremony starting at 9:00 a.m. After the main ceremony is over, please head directly to McCarthy Quad or Argue Plaza — depending on your major. The flag/banner bearer will lead you into the tent and to your seats.

**The Main USC Ceremony is an outdoor ceremony and will not be covered. Umbrellas are not permitted during the ceremony.

The Communication Satellite Ceremony, honoring candidates for bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in Communication, Communication Management, Global Communication and Public Diplomacy, will begin at 10:45 a.m. in McCarthy Quad (grassy area between Leavey, Doheny and PSX).

Report to McCarthy Quad immediately after the main ceremony is over.

If you are not attending the main ceremony, please arrive at McCarthy Quad no later than 10:15 a.m. Seating is on a first-come basis beginning at 9:00 a.m. Seats cannot be saved after 10:30 a.m. — all unoccupied seats must be released for other guests at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will be under a tent, so you and your guests will be out of the sun. The ceremony will end around 12:45 p.m. Immediately following, there will be a Undergraduate/General Reception in McCarthy Quad and a Communication Masters Reception at the Wallis Annenberg Hall (ANN) Alumni Plaza.

The Journalism Satellite Ceremony, honoring candidates for bachelor's and master's degrees in Journalism and Public Relations, will begin at 10:45 a.m. in Argue Plaza (grassy area between Pardee Tower and Alumni House).

Report to Argue Plaza immediately after the main ceremony is over.

If you are not attending the main ceremony, please arrive at Argue Plaza no later than 10:15 a.m. Seating is on a first-come basis beginning at 9:00 a.m. Seats cannot be saved after 10:30 a.m. — all unoccupied seats must be released for other guests at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will be under a tent, so you and your guests will be out of the sun. The ceremony will end around 12:45 p.m. Immediately following, there will be a reception for you and your guests.
