Sandra K. Evans (http://sandrakevans.com/) graduated from Northwestern University with a double-major in Radio, Television and Film, and International Studies. She received an MSc in Global Media and Communications at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MA in Global Communication at the University of Southern California. She conducts research in the field of organizational communication. Her current research focuses on organizations in industries undergoing rapid change, and the ways they utilize social networks to innovate, communicate and adapt with varied success. Her research interests include social networks within and between organizations; technology and organizational change; the relationship between innovation and organizational culture; and connections between strategy, leadership and foresight. Previously, Sandra taught martial arts and worked in film and television postproduction in Los Angeles.
