Dean Ernest J. Wilson III presents a discussion with Parag Khanna, author of The Second World: Empires and Influences in the New Global Order. Khanna's influential new book was recently excerpted for a cover story in The New York Times Magazine, where he argues that "the distribution of power in the world has fundamentally altered over the two presidential terms of George W. Bush, both because of his policies and, more significant, despite them." This event is co-sponsored by The USC Center on Public Diplomacy. Book signing follows discussion.
