Annenberg Research Seminar: Simon Wilkie, USC Center for Communication Law & Policy
ASC 207, 12:00 p.m.

Join students and faculty for a presentation by Simon Wilkie, executive director of the USC Center for Communication Law & Policy, for "The Neutrality Debate."

“The debate over net neutrality is the most contentious issue in communications policy," Dr. Wilkie says. "In short, the debate is over what the regulatory framework should be for broadband service. However, the debate has been short of analytic content.  In this talk I explain the core economic issues in a simple model and propose a particular simple regulatory solution."

The USC Center for Communication Law & Policy is a joint project of the Annenberg School for Communication and Gould School of Law.

Lunch will be served.
