Please join students and faculty for a presentation by Annenberg Center for Communication Senior Fellow Walter Baer.  His topic, "Can Cyberinsurance Help Strengthen IT Security?"  From Dr. Baer: "Cyberinsurance covering losses and liabilities from breaches of network or information security can help align private and public incentives for security investments that reduce risk. In this seminar, I will discuss the concept of cyberinsurance, the reasons for its slow adoption to date, and how it could evolve to become an important risk management tool."  Lunch will be served.
