Join Dean Geoffrey Cowan for a special discussion and reception with winners of the World Press Photo 06 featuring photographers from
Getty Images, including World Press Photo of the Year winner
Finbarr O'Reilly. Getty Images photographer and former World Press Photo winner
David Hume Kennerly will moderate the discussion.
Other guests include David Maialetti, Philadelphia Daily News, Michael Appleton, New York Daily News, Vincent Laforet, The New York Times, Chris Hondros, Getty Images, and Edmond Terakopian, Press Association (UK). Photographers will display their photographs and discuss the story behind capturing the image. They will also cover journalism ethics and the challenges facing photographers in today's media environment.
