Join journalism school director
Michael Parks for a discussion with
Colin Crawford, assistant managing editor/photography of the Los Angeles Times. Crawford, whose Times' photographers have won Pulitzer Prizes and World Press Photo awards, will discuss editorial decision making about front-page photos, ethics, privacy, and the perils photographers face in covering war and other stories. Also joining the discussion will be
Jean-Marc Bouju, the Pulitzer Prize-winning Associated Press photographer whose photograph of an Iraqi prisoner and his daughter won the World Press Photo of the Year in 2004.
